Litigation and arbitration history

Joshi & Bhandary (Chartered Accountants) state that there have been no cases of litigation and arbitration against our organization. There is a well defined client acceptance guidelines within the firm, as such very minute analysis is done before any assignment is accepted. Majority of our clietele hence is corporate and not for profit clients that definite reputation and standing in the local market. We believe this has resulted in avoiding disputable situation beforehand.
